HELLO SECURITY PROFESSIONALS
San Diego NCMS CH45 invites you to join us for the second quarter training meeting to be held on May 23rd from 0730-1130am at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. 9242 Lightwave Ave., San Diego, CA 92123. Our topics for the morning will include Export Control and the counter proliferation of American High Technology. Our FBI partner, Parker Scott, will be here to show us the newest FBI movie called “Made in America: Defending our Technology”. In addition, our CH45 Vice Chair, Linda Flewellen, will lead a workshop on contract security and the DD254. We’ll learn about how a DD254 is developed for the prime contractor and then how to develop an appropriate subcontract DD254 for your teaming partners. There will be time set aside for your input and discussion on the topic so come with questions or examples of issues or challenges you are faced with at the moment. Chances are, if Linda doesn’t have the answer, someone in the room will.
Please register at the link below and please feel free to invite your Contracts Managers, Program Managers, export compliance staff, and whomever you feel could benefit from these topics. We allow non-members to attend a maximum of two of our chapter meetings before we ask that they commit to joining through NCMS membership.
