CYBER2029: Infragard San Diego's 5th Annual Cyber Futurist Symposium

LOCATION:  Qualcomm’s Irwin Jacobs Hall, 5775 Morehouse Dr., San Diego, CA 92121. (pre-registration required)

AGENDA:  Private enterprises and governments increasingly see their competitive edge, indeed their very survival, tied to technological advances. The pace is quickening, from quantifiable increases in the processing power of handheld devices and wireless data transfer rates, to rapid innovation across entire fields such as artificial intelligence, industrial automation, autonomous vehicles and more. CYBER2029 will engage the profound acceleration of technology, society and humanity, and how that will influence the cybersecurity challenges of the next decade. More technology, more applications, and more devices equal a larger attack surface. What are the risks to organizations and even to human life? How will business processes be disrupted? Can we reconcile cyber resilience with progress? Join us on March 21 as we address these issues with our world-class speakers:

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Christopher Piehota, Executive Assistant Director, FBI Science and Technology Branch. The FBI is mobilizing a wide range of advanced scientific techniques and operational technologies to counter terrorism and criminal threats.
